HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have selected your favourite piece of jewelry, click on the ‘Add to cart’ or 'Buy it now' button. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, select a payment method. After your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

HOW CAN I BE CERTAIN THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

When you have placed your order and the payment was completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. As soon as we have prepared your parcel for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation also by e-mail.

Once your order has been handed over to the forwarder, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping update.

We don't send you a tracking code because of security reasons, the transport company needs your phone number, and you will be contacted before delivery.

We monitor the shipment as well. You will get an email from us the moment the shipment left, and the aprox. delivery date.

CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

When you have placed an orde that you would like to change or cancel, please contact us via info@rembrandtjordan.com as soon as possible, within 24 hours.

CAN I CHOOSE TO HAVE THE JEWELRY THAT I ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?

All purchases in the e-shop arrive in a beautiful Rembrandt Jordan jewelry box.

CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

We accept foreign bank cards but payments are always effected in euro.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following payment methods for purchases in our e-shop: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Wire.

WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order.

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

If your payment is declined, then you will be directed back to the payment page. Please select a different payment method or contact your bank with this information.

CAN REMBRANDT JORDAN SEND ME AN INVOICE IN FAVOUR OF MY COMPANY?

Each jewel is unique, designed and handmade by Rembrandt Jordan. With every purchase you wille receive a signed certificate of authenticity, including all the details of the jewel.
