TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide. For a list with all countries and their shipping rates, see below. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs depend on the country of destination, find your country in the list below for shipping rates. We use the shipment service Malca-Amit Express (FedEx).

Every shipment includes insurance for the full value and tracking service. 

For shipping to Austria, France, Portugal, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, United Kingdom, Finland, Netherlands and Sweden the shipping costs are €50.  

For shipping to Australia, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Japan, Romania, Canada, Croatie, Singapore, Cyprus, Latvia, Slovak. Rep., Czech. Rep., Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia, Luxembourg, South Korea, Germany, Malta, Switzerland, Greece, Mexico, Taiwan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Thailand, Hungary, Norway, USA the shipping costs are €154. This includes insured shipping and custom clearance. 

Keep in mind that for some countries outside the European Union import taxes can be charged and they need to payed by the receiver of the goods upon arrival of the parcel.

WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT OF DUTIES & TAXES?

Additional customs or taxes can be charged upon delivery for orders outside of the European Union. We can not predict the value of these charges, as they depend on your countries policy. It is the responsibility of the receiver of the goods to pay these additional taxes and be informed about it. Rembrandt Jordan is not responsible for any of these charges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an update via e-mail with the estimated shipping and delivery dates. Please keep in mind that every piece of jewelry is handmade, so size adjustments or adaptations might take some time. 

Delivery rules and restrictions:

  • Saturday, Sunday and Belgian bank holidays are not classed as business days.
  • During busy periods, such as the holiday season or during the sale, shipping and delivery may take longer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS URGENT?

If your order is very urgent then please let us know in advance at info@rembrandtjordan.com. We will sort out if we can ensure that your order gets to its destination in time. Please keep in mind that additional shipment costs may be charged.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM THE E-SHOP IN A STORE?

Yes. You can pick up your order in the shop at Wijngaardstraat 16-18, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. If you wish to come and collect your order, please let us know in advance before shipping via info@rembrandtjordan.com.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We don't sent you a tracking code because of security reasons. The transport company needs your phone number, and you will be contacted before delivery. 
We monitor the shipment as well. You will get an email from us the moment the shipment left, and the aprox. delivery date.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG DELIVERY?

If you receive a delivery which is not what you have ordered, please contact us at info@rembrandtjordan.com.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Every piece of jewellery by Rembrandt Jordan is unique and handmade to be perfectly fitted to you. They are tailored jewellery and therefore can not be returned or exchanged.

If you are unsure about sizing, colour or anything else, please contact us in advance to assist and advice you with your choice. 

Nonetheless, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via info@rembrandtjordan.com.

Each piece is checked very carefully for damage or faults in the stone before shipping.  After delivery, you have the right to open the parcel and check your purchase. If you notice a default or the item is broken, please contact us immediately via info@rembrandtjordan.com. Costs will be covered by insurance.

In the event of damage caused by you, we must invoice the weight loss, loss of value, re-cutting costs and certification costs to our customers.
